ALUROTAX scaffolding systems are aluminum modular scaffolding systems built on a structural grid with bay lengths of 3.07 m, 2.57 m, 2.07 m, and 1.57 m, and widths of 0.73 m and 1.09 m. The grid can be expanded in all directions. In the vertical plane, the system allows adjustment of element positions at 0.5 m intervals.
ALUROTAX scaffolding enables fast and reliable erection of spatial structures with complex geometries. It also allows the construction of large-area platforms. The permissible working load of the scaffolding in a façade configuration is 2 kN/m² for a scaffolding width of 0.73 m and 3 kN/m² for a scaffolding width of 1.09 m.
The scaffolding is erected using perforated steel or aluminum working platforms with hooks for O-ledgers or U-ledgers, as well as aluminum–plywood platforms rated at 2 kN/m².
The entire scaffolding system is based on the use of a specific structural node, which enables the connection of transoms, ledgers, horizontal braces, and vertical braces.
